NETIXER AI builds consumer apps that use artificial intelligence to help people understand and organize important parts of everyday life. This page explains the principles we apply when we design those features. It describes our approach, not a certification or a guarantee.

AI that helps, within clear limits

We use AI to explain, summarize and organize information. We design features so that people stay in control of their decisions, and we avoid presenting AI output as professional advice.

AI can make mistakes

AI-generated responses can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and they may not reflect your personal circumstances. Check important information with a qualified professional before acting on it.

Health and wellbeing topics

• Our apps are not doctors, diagnostic services, medical devices or emergency services.
• Educational information is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
• In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Privacy-conscious design

We aim to collect the information a feature needs, explain how it is used in each app’s privacy policy, and give people controls, including a way to delete their account. See the Mavella Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion.

Transparency

• We tell people when they are interacting with an AI feature.
• We describe what each AI feature is for and what it is not for.
• We explain optional subscriptions and what they include before purchase.

Continuous improvement

We review feedback and reported problems and update our apps and this page as our products evolve.

Report a concern

If an AI response in one of our apps seems harmful, unsafe or inaccurate, email support@netixerai.com and tell us which app it relates to. Please don’t include passwords, payment card numbers or medical records.
